A 17th century mansion
There are the large champagne houses owned by large luxury groups. And there are, in Aube, and especially in the Côte des Bar, independent winegrowers in love with their terroir who vinify unique champagnes. Come visit them and taste their productions.
A swimming pool by the church
At the foot of the church and the house, a swimming pool awaits you for a moment of refreshment and relaxation. Towels are provided.
The high garden
Located at the level of the house, the upper garden is a priest's garden shaded by lime trees. It offers an exceptional panoramic view over the Armance valley.
An exceptional panoramic view
The panoramic view from the terrace adjoining the living room is exceptional. On this south-facing terrace, Lætitia has created a garden of Mediterranean plants, ideal for contemplation.
The lounges
With their beautiful 17th-century decor, the two lounges are perfect places to meet or read. They can also be used for breakfasts and dinners if the weather is inclement.
The wine cellar
The cellar has been completely restored. Its bottles await lovers of Champagne and Burgundy wines.
